APORTA - Supporting EU Access to Brazilian National research programmes

ACCESS4EU projects in general aimed at depicting the possibilities of participation in funding programmes of third countries for European researchers. APORTA, („Supporting EU Access to Brazilian National research programmes – Acesso por Ciência e Technologia no Brasil”) was the ACCESS4EU project specifically targeted at Brazil. APORTA analysed the access opportunities for European scientists in Brazilian funding programmes and points at possibilities of optimising the access conditions.

ACCESS2CANADA

The Access2Canada project was initiated when it became clear that German and European researchers are not well enough informed about available funding opportunities in Canadian research and innovation programmes. The aim of the project is to increase the participation of European researchers in these funding programmes. All project activities are divided into four work packages.

Enhancing the bilateral S&T Partnership with Canada (ERA CAN II)

ERA CAN II is a collaborative international initiative to increase science and technology cooperation between Canada and the European Research Area (ERA). It seeks to increase in the quality, quantity, profile and impact of S&T cooperation between Canada and Europe by helping Canadian and European researchers and research organizations find partners, experts, opportunities and information.

EULANEST - European-Latin American Network for Science and Technology

The EULANEST project intended to promote and co-ordinate research co-operation among EU Member States (MS) and Latin American countries (LAC), thus contributing to strengthen the impact of their national programmes on international cooperation in science and technology (S&T) with Latin America. EULANEST networked European policy-makers and programme managers involved in promoting research co-operation with Latin America in all fields of science. The ERA-NET action paved the way for its partners towards the preparation, design, implementation and development of joint trans-national research activities and realized a Pilot Joint Call.
