German-Hungarian EUREKA Proposers’ Day and Matchmaking Event

In connection with a recently published bilateral German-Hungarian EUREKA funding announcement, a one-day virtual matchmaking event will take place on 7 December 2021 to facilitate an exchange between potential Hungarian and German project partners. The thematic focus of the call is on artificial intelligence (AI), quantum technology, autonomous machines/autonomous systems, Industry 4.0 and biotechnology.

In addition to presenting call topics and funding conditions, the event will feature a good practice example project funded under a previous announcement. In the afternoon a dedicated matchmaking session will facilitate the preparation of the joint projects of German and Hungarian companies and their partners through a b2b matchmaking system.

Detailed information on the announcement, which provides funding up to a maximum of approximately 500,000 euros per project for SMEs and, if applicable, research partner(s) over a period of up to 36 months, is available on the BMBF website.
