STCU - Science and Technology Center In Ukraine

The Science and Technology Center in Ukraine (STCU) in Kiev was established on October 13, 1993 within the framework of an intergovernmental agreement between the USA, Canada, Sweden and the Ukraine. The main objective of STCU is to help Ukrainian scientists and engineers once active in the military-industrial sector find employment in the civilian sector through the funding of R&D projects - often in cooperation with partner organisations in the EU. A large number of bilateral connections between Germany and the Ukraine have been established within the framework of STCU initiatives.
