This seminar is inviting 15 clusters managers from the Black Sea Region to promote dialogue between selected research based industrial clusters from the Black Sea Region and the EU. Participants will have the chance to discuss cooperation opportunities and recommendations on how to establish, manage, sustain and internationalise these industrial clusters as well as how to support cluster policies and internationalise research based clusters in the Black Sea Region.
